Position Description
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Design Intern to join our product team. In this rolse, you will work closely with the product lead, developers, and other stakeholders to design and refine the UI and UX of our software. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by listening to our customers, understanding business requirements, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
key Responsibilities
- Contribute to our product strategy
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to refine and implement new and valuable product ideas
- Gain relevant insights from customers, sales, customer success, as well as competitors
- Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Run user tests and user research to make sure you ship solid designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Solve UX problems, such as usability and findability
Basic Qualifications
- UX/UI experience with proven work samples
- Proficiency in using Figma or other UI design tools
